I have taken part in many activities whilst I have been part of 218! I have been flying in the Grob Tutor. I have also been able to shoot both rifles during my cadet time. I have also had to opportunity to attend a summer camp at RAF Brampton and attended a SQN camp to France which was really good.

Greatest Achievement in Cadets
My greatest achievement within cadets is probably becoming 2IC Radio Officer and gaining my Amateur Foundation Radio Licence allowing me to obtain my own radio callsign which is M6 FBF.

Best Memory of Cadets
My best memory of cadets is probably spending a really good 5 days in France with all my friends and taking part in loads of water sports.

What do you do outside of Cadets?
Outside of cadets I get involved with lots of charity work for many different charities but also some that are very close to my heart. I also work as an events DJ which takes up quite a lot of my time when I’m not at cadets.

What Activities have you done with the Squadron?
Being a part of 218 has allowed me to do all sorts of wonderful activities. Activities such as wing shoots, radio courses, fieldcraft, Duke of Edinburgh expeditions and much more. I have also completed my level 2 BTEC in Public Services through the squadron.

Greatest Achievement in Cadets
If I had to choose I would choose the Sqn Player award. But on the other hand, Camp SWAG award is just as good.

Best Memory of Cadets
My best memories with cadets are when the squadron attend the Rotherham show, especially when Pilot Officer Wright and I go on the recruit.

What do you do outside of Cadets?
Outside of cadets I involve myself with the Sheffield parkour movement. This means I’ll spend a good amount of time training. Other than that I spend all my time for Sixth Form.
